Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Axora runs on what you already have at home: Fire TV Stick, Android TV, LG and Samsung smart TVs, phone, tablet or computer. If your TV is not a smart one, an inexpensive Fire TV Stick sorts it out.
How fast is activation?
Same day. As soon as we confirm payment we send your access code by WhatsApp or email, and it works straight away.
How many screens can watch at once?
Depends on the plan: two or three screens playing simultaneously. You can install the app on as many devices as you like; the limit is how many watch at the same time.
Is there a contract?
None. You pay for the period you choose and renew if you want to. If you stop renewing, the service simply ends.
What if a channel stalls or fails?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will look at it. We monitor channels automatically, so often we are already fixing it before you write.
Is this the same as IPTV?
Yes. IPTV means television over the internet: instead of cable or an aerial, the signal reaches you through your connection. Axora is an IPTV service with its own app, so there are no m3u playlists to install and nothing to configure by hand.
Can I use it away from home?
Yes. The account travels with you: it works on any internet connection, on your phone or laptop while you are away.
