Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Ask us for the free trial on WhatsApp and we will send you access that lasts 12 hours, so you can check your channels, the movies and the series on your own TV. If you like it, you sign up; if not, nothing happens.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
If you already have a compatible device, you do not need to buy another. Use the Axora app on Fire TV Stick or Android TV; other smart TVs, phones and tablets use an IPTV player. Send us your device model so we can confirm compatibility before you pay.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, cash at any OXXO or 7-Eleven convenience store in Mexico, or credit and debit card through a payment link we send you. We also take international transfers and USDT. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the details.
How fast is activation?
Same day. Once we confirm payment, we send a code or sign-in details by WhatsApp or email, depending on your device.
How many screens can watch at once?
One at a time on every plan. You can use your account on several compatible devices, but cannot play on two at once. If you need two simultaneous screens, message us to arrange a second account.
Is there a contract?
None. You pay for the period you choose and renew if you want to. If you stop renewing, the service simply ends.
What if a channel stalls or fails?
Message us on WhatsApp with the channel name, your device and what appears on screen. We monitor the channels and work through playback problems with you.
Is this the same as IPTV?
Yes. IPTV is television over the internet: the signal reaches you through your connection instead of cable or an aerial. Axora has its own app for Fire TV Stick and Android TV. Other devices use an IPTV player with the server, username and password we send you.
Can I use it away from home?
Yes, on a compatible device with a stable internet connection. The limit remains one screen at a time, including when you travel.
